Benefits of Membership

There are many benefits in being a member of a Four Wheel Drive Victoria affiliated club.

Responsibilities of Membership

As a member of our club you will need to abide by our model rules. These rules are there to assist all our members and provide a framework in which we can work and play together.

Membership Process & Costs

  1. Complete an application form and send it in to us.
  2. The Committee will then vote on accepting you as a member.
  3. Assuming an affirmative vote, an invoice will be sent to you which will need to be paid.

What can I bring to the Club?

Above all, a positive and open-minded attitude.

Be An Active Part Of The Club

Participate and share ideas, be a trip leader, share your photos, videos and experiences on the Facebook page and website.  The Club is only as good as the contribution from members so we encourage everyone to get involved.

A Four Wheel Drive

No experience is necessary however trips are catered to four wheel drives with low range, all-terrain tyres and good ground clearance.

Keep Your Vehicle Maintained

Please keep your four wheel drive properly maintained and in a safe and roadworthy condition.

Gear

Make sure you have at least the minimum recommended gear in your vehicle for safety and recoveries.

FWDV Code of Ethics

Follow the Four Wheel Drive Victoria Code of Ethics at all times and abide by the Club Constitution and By-Laws.
